UPS claim problem

UPS broke my custom DD/RE sub about 3 months ago and i insured it up to $600...they just called and arent going to give me the money they want to find a replacement...now i already told them it was custom and can never be made again but they still want to find a replacement...so what sub do you guys think i should make them get me to replace it? thanks

I didn't know they had a choice. What is the purpose of insurance if they don't have to pay?

I always 2x my insurance so that if they break something, neither person is harmed. Makes me wonder now.

 
Dd 95g fight for composite cone while you're at it since it was a custom sub. I'm sure you stated all that on the decscription?
yea thats what i was thinking but its $750...so idk ill try for that

yea they said well since its custom and you cant prove its worth we dont wanna pay you we are going to find a replacement for the sub....im thinking of getting my dads lawyer to talk to them and give me my money becaues that just isnt right...****in insurance companies always trying to get out of paying people
