Upgrading My Pioneer DEH4000UB

Hey, this is my first post. Hello everyone.

I've had this head unit since 2007, and I would like to replace it as long as it makes sense too. I believe this head unit has a 16 bit processor, but I'm not 100% sure. I have a double din opening. It's my commuting car which is a 2009 Nissan Versa.

I currently have 4 Polk Momo db651 6.5's powered by the head unit, a Kicker 10C104, and a Kicker 10C154. The subs are powered by a cheap BOSS Audio CER350.2 Chaos Erupt.

I'd like the new head unit to be 24 bit or better, have 6 pre amp outputs (f,r,s), high pass/low pass crossover, sub control, good eq, and playing flac would be nice, but likely pointless.

I have a good friend who works at Pioneer that can get me their head units for pretty cheap. I'm going to replace my front speakers with components. Give me some advice and ideas. I was thinking $400 max, but many units between $150 and $400 seem to have options I don't need. I have a 10" tablet for movies and navigation I use, but if the Android head units are any good, it would be nice to ditch using it in the car.

Maybe even no head unit, a sound processor, and an amp for the door speakers instead? I just feel like I could do something better than I have now. I have a LG G2 I can use for GPS. It also has a decent sound processor I believe.

Thank you for your time and ideas. I look forward to reading them.
