Upgrading from stock ford Sony radio

HI all,

I am thinking of upgrading from the stock sony radio in my ford focus 2008 to the Sony DSX-B700. Would this be a worth while upgrade for the purpose of sound quality?
Its rated 55wx4 I'm unsure what the stock radio outputs. I have attached pics of current and new radio.
