OK, I'm sure all you car guys have seen my other thread about the noise issue going on with the car.

Well, you guys suggested checking my engine mount(s).

All looked fine expect this one...I noticed the crack, it was hardly noticeable because the engine's weight was on it...so I put light pressure and jacked the engine up (by transmission, NOT oil pan), and this is what I saw.

The picture quality is very poor, it looks much worse in person.

It's the front engine mount, not on the transmission, but the one that attaches to front sub frame.

I just can't see this causing the noise the one day when the engine was idling, while parked, but once the clutch is pushed in the noise goes away (hasn't done it since, only makes the noise going around a left turn at speed, but when clutch is pushed in, noise goes away)

its probably the throw out bearing thats the sound they make when they are bad check into it
It was just replaced, when the old one went bad it made a real nasty noise, but nothing like this.

I checked the clutch fork near the slave cylinder, and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

But, the intake manifold bracket that attaches to the engine block was loose, but everything else was nice and tight.

Have you checked the master cylinder/slave cylinder...? You can't tell where the sound is coming from?
I can't tell where the sound is coming from because I'm going 45 mph making a left turn, LOL.

When I started the car the one day and it was making the noise when idling, I couldn't tell where it was coming from...but I only looked for like 5 seconds because I had to leave.

Well, if it stops when you push the clutch in I think it is in the ******. I was reading some stuff that said the input shaft bearings/other bearings, can go out on Hondas pretty regularly.

I would sign up on that forum, and search the hell out of it.
Thanks for doing the research.

When the transmission was out, I checked the input shaft for play and there was nothing, so I spun it and there was nothing, so I'm thinking it's OK.
