I purchased a subwoofer at a pawn shop a few days ago. I have been trying to find it online with no luck. Is there any way that you can help me with this? I was mainly trying to look it up to figure out it's basic specs and such....
It is a square sub. On the front it says "mtx audio" across the middle in gothic type lettering and "ts55" smaller down below that.
On the back it says "12UUI2077 single 4-ohm 600w IST 7893 Made In China"

If you could just give me a little bit of info on it that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,
Sahm

You're not going to get much help without posting pictures.

Sounds like a Thunder square 55 series mtx, when they have vague lettering and numbering going on it probably came from a prefab setup, they used to sell those as a preloaded sub/box combo. I have some older Road Thunders that were leftovers and labeled as such.

I just typed MTX TS55 on Google and found this..

always makes me wonder if people can find this forum through google, why cant they apply google search logic to everything they are curious about.

Open screw holes sound like a little muffler, loose box panels sound like a massager on a wooden table.
