Uninstalling factory infinity amplfier?

Ive got a 1998 dodge dakota sport. i removed the passenger side kick panel and have found the factory amp. the amp slides up and down but there is still something holding it up there. has anyone had this experience and discovered how to get it out?

Probably gonna do that if i can get it out. dont want it drawing the power though if i am not using. BTW lay i am having a lot of trouble getting the middle seat/console out. what kind of tools did you use to loosen those bolts?

You have to take the whole row of seats out, then flip it upside down; on the bottom, there will four bolts holding the seats to the console

Yeah i understand that. but when you slide the seat forward there is the 19 mm bolts holding the seats down. i have tried everything and cannot loosen the bolts. do you remember how you got them out??
