Understanding OHMs has hurt my head! HELP

So, I know a guy at the local O'reilly's who let me use his DMM. Basically, after all this right around where I had my IS (gain) is where it needed to be. As for clipping, my HU puts out 4v, so is my amp safe to be at or around 2v?
