Underseat box for Threatcon 2 15

So I won a Threatcon 2 15. I'm going to fab a seat lift for my 2010 F-150 and stuff this thing under the seats in a sealed setup, and feed it 800 rms.

It nets about 2.35ft after floor rise and sub. 16.5" deep. 52" wide. Downfiring. Floor and back firewall will be Dynamat'd. (need to order)

In the front is a PPI PC1400 and PC450.

The sub mount face is 1.75" from the floor.

Is that enough? Is there a rule to how far the sub should be from a reflecting surface?
