Ultimate Sound?

i recently aquired a bunch of nice home speakers in a craigslist deal. the guy used to work for Mackie, and had a lot of nice drivers laying around. i picked up everything he had, in a cardboard box, for $100. in there was a small unmarked cardboard box with a brand new component system in it. ive never heard of the brand name (Ultimate Sound) but the guy said it was made by mackie. the only model # i can find is on the crossover, and its marked CDX-1.

they seem to be very nice quality and sound really clean. anyone have any experience or info on these? im just curious about them. i found a link to the specs...pretty nice tweeters
