i think that sub made by elemental for a limited time like the b53 everybody was like woah they are sexxy but dam they are ugly to me, i bet they perform good but wow they look ugly

As for ugliness, i think the new RF stuff is HIDEOUS. The power acoustiks MOFO's are pretty d*mn ugly too.

Umm, because they are.

The RF's are going more towards looks more than performance. I already saw a broken RF sub at best buy today.

As for the MOFO....have you seen a MOFO? They are terrible looking. With those big *** fins on the cone, and the blue anodized dust cap. Blah.

Yes i have seen them, they sound good though. The rf's are going towards looks now, i saw two 12"Stage 3 RF's vs two 12" Sony Silver series, and the sony's destroyed them, they both had same amp and everything. I think the P5's are good subs for SVC.

the mofo's sound good? dude...have you heard a good sub? these subs are both great for spl but have some of the worst sq i have ever heard, i could get better sq out of a sub i build myself out of the scrap pieces of metal i have in my garage.

those kenwood typhoons are absolutely the gayest and fugliest pieces of shit i've ever seen. the cone looks like it's made out of a bunch of pieces of cheap plastic elmer glued together. went a little overboard on the cone on the kenwoods. i thought the tornadoes looked pretty good but they screwed up big time on the looks this time. the looks is kenwoods selling point cuz they sure as hell cant back em up. oh yea the new sony's arent ugly. i thought they looked pretty cool. dont sound too bad for the price, but not too great either.
