U Series Vs SA Series

What do yall think gonna be louder 2 SAv2 15’s on a SFB3k or 2 U Series 12’s on a SFB3k? about to meter my 2 friends tmr i just wanna see what you guys think about it (answer on poll)

for the people who says it depends on box n vehicle. they both have tahoes, the u’s are in a 02 and the sa are in a 08 and if i am correct the U’s are in a 6 cu tuned to 35 and the sa are in a 6.something cu tuned to 33

In theory the SA15s would be. Buttt again the box makes or breaks a setup.

I'd do the U's. I did a box for 2 U-15's for a daily box and the dude competed and won his class.

Edit: my bad. I didn't see the size difference. Do the 2 15's.

The cone area of the 15's should win out if all things are equal. But, there are many factors, such as electrical, sound deadening, and box construction. The 15's give you more than 50% more cone area than the 12's.

15’s due to come area but like everyone has said, the box will be the real winner.
