I own one. I'd prefer to have a class D Kicker or something that is comparable in power.

Why not get a class D US Amps?

Just curious, why do you say that?

The class a/b that I have is very inefficient and runs hot. Maybe I shouldn't have said they're bad in general, but I'm not impressed with mine.

My point is, some of the best amps out there are absolute power hogs...all just a matter of how it works in your install.
