U.S. Amps I/S series????

the I/S line is a very good performer for its price range.... one could almost say it was overbuilt, however having it made in china and being a rushed design to put out into the public caused some reliablitity problems. still a VERY good amp if you dont get one that craps out on you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif.

on and IME: I/S line > Directed anything in the power range

Hey Flakko - Didn't the Exterminator line replace the I/S line ? Are they made in China too ? Is the reliability any better on them ?
hey delander, yea the Xterminator DID replace the I/S line. and on the record: the Xterminator line is NOT made in china. the Xterminator line is designed here in the United states, but built mainly in Korea. The XTs are MUCH MUCH more reliable than the I/S line. Dirk had much more time to work on the XT's than the I/S and being built in korea is a MAJOR upgrade in quality control. Thus far, of all the XT's ive sold, not one has crapped out. better record than the Merlin line even hehe

So, its a good amp if it works?

Found that statement pretty amusing.

Sounds a lot like PG's Xenon line.
