Powerbass Extreme- Need Input

I was looking around and noticed a Powerbass Extreme XTA-12000D. My question is how good of a unit are they? Do they put out what they are rated to? Would this be a good buy or should I look to something else with equal power ratings?

Can any one help? Maybe even Powerbass amplifiers in general. Whether it be good or bad I would like to know some thoughts

well I checked some things out and haven't found one good thing about Powerbass amplifiers. There is a thread already on here about an amp having pieces fall of the motherboard. I think I got my answer without anyone telling me on this thread, but my next question is what would be another good amp with the same power ranges for 500 or so? For a while now I have been looking at the PCA-2000d. Then I got mixed responses about athat. So I'm kinda stuck on that decision, but I'm sure there is alot more out there for the price range that im looking at.

i gotta a powerbass extreme xa 1500d,its bad ***,very strong amp.

There were a few IA 20.1's in the classifieds in that price range.

That would be my choice.

Maybe look for an Orion 2500 or Opti2000d too.
