type-x recone?

got a type-x, well its my bro's.....death by clipping is my guess cuz he's a moron but can i get a recone kit from alpine and if so is it even worth it or just replace it with a new one, thanks

thats what i thought but i remember readin somewhere that type-x's had recone kits but i think ill just make it a plant hanger or end table...
