no one cares about spl? thats the point of subs
only competitors have fart boxes. the majority of people with type R's on here have daily driver box's.

anyways, i scored a 67 in MECAs sound quality class with a fart box.

point of sub is spl, hmm. I usually just though of them as a speaker designed to produce low notes, not necessarily get loud... Anyway, if I had alot of room a type x wouldn't have been my choice. Their seem to have been designed for low end extension in a small space.

Type X - SQ/SQL

Type R - SQL/SPL
