I was just pondering this question and no-one was able to answer it yet maybe you guys could, I was just wondering what was the first sub made and by which company.

I know im talking about 50+ years ago but I was just wondering.

It would be cool to find out what the first sub was....

probably an 4 inch woofer with a 5 oz magnet, and 10 watts rms 25 max... lol

 
well i dont know if any of you subscribe to car audio and electronics....but they have a pretty interesting article similar to that in the most recent issue.....good luck
