Type R VS CVX

hey guys need some opions here, i just got a chevy S10 ext cab and i want something better then my audiobahn system i have a budget of $2000 for subs and amps

A. 4 Alpine Type R 12" w/ 2 alpine m1005 amps

B. 4 Kicker CVX 12" w/ 2 kicker ZX1000.1 amps

or i can spend more if i want and changer them to Type X and L7's

just looking for some input on how the cvx compaire to the Type R's

no they dont, kinda want all the same but i can change it up, what do you suggest, ive been out of car audio for so long, its all way past my head right now

how much space do ya have? if u can do 3cu per net go wit the L7s. and if u can upgrade to the 2 zx1500 or 1 zx2500.1. if not juss go wit the type Rs wit 1 zx2500. that would wang. whats ya budget on amps. get the most power ya can

i have a whole ext cab to prob 4feet x 6feet x 2feet, i really dont have a budget i just figured i can get something deceint for 2 grand, so u think 4 12" L7's and 2 zx1500.2 should do the trick

unless you're doing a full out wall, i don't see you having enough room for more than two L7's ported.
