Type R sub box spec wanted

Hi All expert here,

Can someone let me know the spec of the type r woofer box? Alpine SWR 1222 D2( wanted to load 1ohm on it)

I have mine in 2.3 cu. ft. ported box tuned to 31 hz and it wangs. It still sounds great and gets plenty loud. If you go ported, I'd say anywhere from 2-2.5 cu. ft. and tune 28-33 for SQL.

i got mine in a 2.5 @ 32 hz with 600 rms on it it does slam hard, and i also have a sealed box @ 1.5 but the low notes don't really get as low but better sq in sealed is much better

I built a box for one 1.75 @ 33hz and it sounds decent..

I am going to make a 2.5 @ 33hz this weekend to see how they both compare..

I have built quite a few boxes for my type-r's. The first was 1ft sealed. then 1.75 at 34hz with 12 in^2 of port area. After that I had a 2.5@43hz and it sounded like complete **** and bottomed out on any songs with lower notes. I never had that metered with a test tone or anything so I dontknow if that was a good box for SPL. I also have had it in 2.0 at 32hz which sounds decent but my 2.4 at 34hz seems to be the best for the power I have. About 750wRMS. I plan to get another one and my next should have both of them with 2.2-2.4ft@32hz I really like the low notes.

not trying to steal ur thread bro, but can someone recommend a box size for 2 10s? type r, and does anyone got a blueprint on this?
