Type R Ported Enclosure

Im trying to come up with a ported design for 2 12 type r's all i have so far is that its going to be 4.5 cb ft. so the outer demensions are w 38.5 x h 15.56 x d 16.45, and some one help me design a sqaure port though? if i want it to be tuned to 33hz
