I was looking to change out my 3 jl w1 for some type-r 12's

i was wondering if i get the type r should i get 3 2 ohm dvc or 3 4ohm dvc...

also are the type x better then the type rs if so then what size amp would i need to run 3 type x at 4 ohm

two 15 type r's. That is the equivelant of 3 type r 12's basically because of the cone area.

a) the magic kind

b) the miss-wired kind

c) The kind that puts out 3-4kw @ .66ohm rather than 4ohms

You should get a pair of type R 15's.
