Type-r or kappa sub?

I am sizing down my system. I need the space back the 2 12"'s and box take up.

I'm looking at either an infinity kappa 10" or a alpine type-r 10".

What would you recomend and why?

If you want loud go with the Type R..

x2^^ the type r's will get louder, but i like the kappa's better because they will sound better and not sacrafice too much output (loudness)

kappa because i dislike alpine..the only experience i have with a type-r was horrible sounding and was a while ago. It was because of a shotty install, but it left an impression:crap:
