Type r comps plus MRP-F240

I'm getting 2 sets of type r comps (70 wrms). Will the MRP-F240 put out enough power? Or do the type r comps need closer to their rms.

how much power does that amp put out? anything in the 50+ range should be fine

It says 40 per channel. Just wondering if they would need more.
