I didnt care for my type-r 12" I mean it was ok, but for the money there is better for shure.

I have a pair of Elemental Designs e3.8 that I've yet to install. I bought them after reading a detailed technical review of 8's that I'll be damned if I can find now. My needs are general listening, not uber loud so I think they'll do fine for me. And $65 each too...

I have never seen or heard the type r 8, but can tell you the SQ forums seem to love them. There is a tread on Diyma and several other sq forums are talking about them.

I also think that if those re rex8s are good then Im gonna get them. they are only 49.99 a peice. Anyone know anything on them?
