LOL yes i actually did its ok. Unfortunately there wont be no blown thread and i will get pics and maybe i vid. Car is a nissan maxima 92 i believe uhh box specs couldnt tell ya i didnt build it is the same shape and size as mine made by spkrman. BUT the port is about 2 inches wider and inside isnt the same.

I reckon that's good news, then....

On a side note - you might want to tell your "techer" (t-e-A-c-h-e-r) [see original post] that it might not be a terrible idea to invest a bit more time in spelling and grammar than on car audio, eh?

I must say, though - I sure wish I had been lucky enough to have teachers who let their students fool around with audio gear rather than history and math and reading and etc etc etc....

Hopefully this means that you'll no longer have simple problems hooking up and setting your gear, congrats on the install.

I am a little skeptical i hook it all up for him and put the freq on 70ish the gain about 1/4 of the way up.So i turn the h/u bass down and then turn the gain about 1/3 of the way up

I'm going to wager a guess that he set them by randomly guessing...

I'm going to wager a guess that he set them by randomly guessing...

No no guessing just didnt have a DMM or a 50hz track to play to adj and tune the gain properly. So I put it where i had my directed 1500D when it was putting out about 38AC Volts. Everything on H/U set correctly you know the deal!

Sorry usually when i post i am in a hurry. You will see when i actually take 30 seconds out of my busy schedule to sit down and reply to this the right way, my spelling and grammer gets much better. You know how that goes you guys in a hurry and need to reply so you slap down whats on your mind, not editing it or anything. **** you guys are harsh on here but i guess bossing people around is your thing lol. I did on my amp i have the same exact setup that was tuned properly. So it is all correct and sounding insanely good he is very very happy with the way it sounds! I am so i think it sounds very good i mean if its loud enough to make the windshield move and the rear view to fall off, plenty good for me.

No i will be getting an A or a B but no F cause it isnt going to blow up.... Not unless the directed audio 1500D ****s up like it did to me 2 times. Hopefully he will have better luck. But so far so good.
