i have a directed 1500d....i know the 15 is suppose to be like 750 rms ...do u guys think id be safe running 1 of these subs at 1 ohm off of my amp

set your gains correct and it should take it no problem

that sub can handle more around 1000RMS no problem, just be careful with your gains. if you smell voicecoil, turn it down a bit
