So i hear a smaller driver is better for the ''double kick '' effect of the bass most common in very heavy metal bands music.
Is the 12 inch not able to keep up with the demands of extreme metal bands....such as cradle of filth and dimmu borgir ....all the really really fast bands.
It will be placed in my living room running off of a crown amp that will supply it with 500 rms @ 8 ohms bridged and thats a conservative power rating,
The box will be from 1 cube - 1.3 for the 12 and a lil less for the 10,
Ported and tuned to 45 would that be good for that specfic driver guys? anyone with a type r [05 model]
the amp plays full band width so i bought some f mod 100 hz low pass crossovers
