Two positive wires ?

I have a 1 amp fused hot wire and 10 amp hot wire from my head unit. I'm wondering why I have 2 separate leads. Would one be for lights or something else ?

You mean "to" the head unit hopefully. Yellow is the actual power for the unit and should be constant to hold all your memory functions, red is ACC switched to tell it it can wake up when your key is in an on position.
