OK guys, I Have a question. I have a 12 RF Hx2 punch, and I know a friend who is selling a 12" W3v2. I know you aren't supposed to mix two different sub sizes cause of cancellation, but if I am using two different amps and two boxes built to specs, would it work out well if i put them both in though??

everyone will tell you not to do it. That will also cause cancellation. I used a 12" L5 and 12"L7 both in the same box w/o a divider and it worked flawlessly. It was extremely loud, but i went ahead and got a matching L5 and it didnt sound much different just made me more comfortable. So it possible to mix inless that was a rare accorance, but i wouldnt recomend it.

theres not a big different between the L5 and the L7 besides the fact that the L7 takes more power. So IMO if you were powering them with the same amount of power to each sub then there really wouldnt be much of a difference..

As far as using two different subs..use one or the other. if you dont give a crap about sq then try it if you want before buying..
