and Jacob, I really hate those boxes they ship those amps in.....I usually put an extra label over the side of the box to cover that logo so nobody at UPS gets any bright ideas.

I just put the speaker in a trashbag befor i start any packaging

There is something to the foam. My 9510's came in dd's original packaging (tight fitting foam) and the box looked like it was dropped about 100 times...but the 50lb sub was still happy inside //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The sad thing is, the way FedEx Ground facilities work, that package probably didn't get dropped. The handling process is very brutal to things packaged like that.

Yes, same as probably every conveyor belt shipping company. An obliterated package is quite a common site.

Hell, last night, I had the contents of a package come floating down the belt... but no box.

Yea, I work at fed ex, and thats mild compared to the stuff i've seen.

I hate when I get boxes coming down the belt line that are heavy like a sub and only packaged in peanuts and a thin cardboard box.

things get bumped around easily, and break even easier

Jake told me they picked the broken subs up and are delivering them back to me... and that he's getting the money for them.
