Two BTLs destroyed

I don't pack any of my items because I don't want to deal with these kind of things... never had a problem with the place before. I'm wondering if they're responsible since THEY packed it and THEY dealt with the shipping [they were both insured]?

Anyways... on to pics:

He told me he was sealing each BTL up and loading it with peanuts. I told him he better add some foam/build a crate and told him it could get punctured or cracked... he said no problem I got it covered.

From the pics, looks like he did what he said and didn't take my advice.

If a shipping place packed em then I would think they would be on the hook incase the shipper (fedex, ups, whatever) claimed they weren't packed good enough...which looks to be the case.

File a claim with the shipper and pray for things to go quick and smooth.

Lesson learned, don't trust anybody to package anything...nobody cares as much about it as you do.

THAT is why you should pack your items....
