tweeter wiring

so yea i want to run some new wires for my tweeters so i can possibly flush mount on my doors or put my tweeters on that lil triangle piece near the side view mirror. so as i open up my door panel i see that theres this tube for where the wires run from the doors to the car. so what i was wondering is how do i get the wires from the tubing area to the car? do i just snake it there using a coat hanger?

that's what I did. Takes a bit of patience but its worth having the wires hidden in there.
