Tweeter Locations in a 99 4Runner

I am soon to have my first components installed in my 4 runner and I would appreciate any insight anyone has to offer on tweeter location.

I know that the best way would probably be trial and error, bit I am going to have these installed and I doubt the guy is going to sit around all day while I try to figure out what sounds best. That is why I would appreciate in any input from those with experience, particularly any lessons learned from those who have experience with installs on a 4 runner.

Thanks.

um...make him sit around all day while you figure it out...you're paying him aren't you???

what type of tweets are they???

if they are those small dome tweets...put them infront which seems like a good place like at the side of the winscreen...if they are those 3" titanium tweets...put them at the back where they can fit...but i recommend the front...its the best place

Thanks for the reply. They are 1". I just am not sure where exactly in front that I

want them.

I don't mean that I don't expect to have some input in the process, I just thought that out of respect for this guy's time I would have some idea when I went in. I don't think its reasonable to expect him to spend his whole day installing one set of components. At some point it becomes a losing proposition for him.
