I am looking to mount a set of stereo integrity mk25 tweeters in a pod it the lower part of my door panel
I notice there is alot of jump and vibration in the pod when the door closes

Can this damage the tweeter?

It shouldn't doing some second skin or resonix sound deadner on the door panel and door itself will help with that and improve the sound as well. I've seen tweeters mounted in a door panel pod going back to the early '90s and no issues.

No problem. I think alot of the issues I see on here are people aren't differentiating between AC (music) and DC voltage.
