turbusa's dyno #'s......

I know this is about the busa but I'd love to see that car too...
I'll post some good pix this weekend when I take some. I actually finished my biggest project on it, which is that I did a whole custom ******* rear door kit. I didnt want to shave the handles, just moved the rear handles to the other side of the doors, so you can tell its a ******* setup. I really think it looks amazing, and they work as smooth as silk.

 
Yea, E, turbo bikes are ***** to launch.....but I havent gotten to the track since the newfound power. I've done some shakedown runs to get used to the bike for the 1st 60', and one time it smokes the tire thru 3 gears, but the next time it'll have me looking skyward instantly.....scary stuff. I'll def be 8-0's when alls said 'n' done, and it'll be spinning alot then as well. My buddy Mikey Slowe's busa has 550rwhp, and its only a 60" wb bike(2" longer than stock!!), and he wheels it to high 7's@190+, but he's prolly top 3 in the world, besides rickey gadson, and 1 or 2 others

I'll get there, though. Even I'm scared of this thing, now.

Yea....that bike you say on Pinks is actually a street bike. It rides on the street all the time, and is well mannered on the street. He has that one and another w/ lesser power, but I've ridden that particular bike from pinks a dozen of times on the street, and believe it or not, it seems more docile than mine, and is quieter also.

Yea, when they were racing those bikes it wasnt thier actual drag bikes iirc. He got ripped on that show big time. That launch of his was amazing, and they took the race away.

woooooow. that car is insane. what do u do besides work at a motorcycle shop cause theres a LOOOT of money in that car, and bike.


Actually, I dont work @ or own a motorcycle shop. I just have friends that do, and I've been building cars and bikes for a while now.

I actually work for a moving company, ATLAS VAN LINES, and own and operate my own tractor and trailer. I have a brand new Kenworth tractor, and its the 1st year w/ a twin turbo setup. Its fast and efficient as hell.

Yes, that car has alot tied up in it. More than money though, there is hundreds and hundreds of man hours involved in it w/ testing and tuning. The car is a street car 1st, and has registration and insurance, and I drive it a couple times a week. Its not even close to a drag race suspension...its more a street setup, and it took alot of time getting the right parts and tuning the suspension to handle the +1300rwhp. It now clocks of consistent 1.25 sec 60' times, which is insane for any car, let alone one that I sometimes drive home after I destroy all the trailered cars.

Ku, yes I want you to, but I am throwing around the idea of getting an suv, and putting 2 newer version xxx 15's in it, so I dont know what box I want made yet. If I keep my car, I may do 3 xxx12's instead. I'm kinda bored w/ my setup and think I need a change.

Nah....my buddy Mike Slowe that was on Pinks has his shop, and my other buddy Steve owns "tricked Out Custom Cycles". You guys may have seen his work. He built a complete ground up 4 wheeled Busa thats a registered street legal bike..........Its simply amazing. I'll find a pic of it. He's been in all the magazines, and just came in 3rd place in a bike build-off in Vegas.
