Tuning My Amp

I have 2 jl audio 12's in a sealed and ported box with an 900 watt american bass amp. My friend turned all the settings on the amp itself down to minimal and now it just sounds terrible. How would i go about tuning the amp?

if u have one sub ina ported box, and other in sealed...u cant exactly tune the amp properly...

if u have one sub ina ported box, and other in sealed...u cant exactly tune the amp properly...
