Just got my new Tsunami DB1800 Class T amp.....oh man this thing is sweet. Shipped in three days, cant wait to hook it up. Anyway, im hookin it up to two 15A's, Both dual 2 ohm voice coil. Box tuned to 30 HZ. Apline 9815 HU with 4 V preout. 12V battery and 14.4 when alt. is on. Im basically amp illiterate....kind of. Well i thought I knew what I was doin but i guess i dont. Anyway, I need to know how to set the follwing...

-Variable Input Sensitivity 250mV to 6V

-Variable Low Pass Filter 50-250 Hz

-Variable Sub-Sonic Filter 15-50 Hz

-Variable Phase Control 0-180 Deg

-also, the manual had something very confusing written in it. Like theres 2 ports to connect your subs, each with a + and a -. Now i was planning on jsut wiring everything to 2 ohm and plugging it in as a mono setup all into the one port...but it said if you plug it in to one port not to go any lower than 4 ohm? Then it showed a diagram where two subs were plugged into both ports and it said it could go down to 2 ohms this way. That confused the hell out of me. So I have to hook up each sub and plug each one in at 4 ohms? Wont that only get 900 watts out of the amp or will it give out 900 each??? Im real confused, please help, i know a lotta you got this amp and know how to do thsi shit so help me out!

1.To set your gian turn the music up to 75% then increase the gain until you hear distortion nad back off a little.

2.Set the low pass between 60-80 hz.

3.Set the low pass around 25hz to 30 hz.

4.You don't need to change the phase control unless your subs are out of phase with your other speakers. They would cancell out and not sound good.

hope that helps.

yeah it does help....but what do i do about the wiring thing? It gave some diagram that confused the hell outta me. Kinda want like this...

+ - + - + - + -

4OHM Min 2OHM min 2OHM min

-Those dashes and | marks are supposed to be one solid line. Anyway what does this mean as far as aiwring goes? Two 15A's with dual two ohm voice coils would wire to 4 ohms each then two ohms when wired together in parralel....but then if i plugged it in as one connection theres a 4 ohm min? But if I wired them seperate theyd be running 4 ohms each to two seperate connections? I dont get it. help
