Because it also says that it may not be right it's a good generalized volume if you don't know what volume you clip at. If you weren't a complete dumba$s you wouldn't be attempting to wire an amp that low with no power to keep it running.

Sac, my bad i don't have a oscope to check it out. Who really does? So go with 50 or should I back down to 45? And what about 34.6 volts on the dmm, correct or no.

dude your so not getting it... SET THE VOLUME AT YOUR MAX LISTENING LEVEL... not the max level of the deck. and the voltage you wanna see is determined by what rms you want the amp to produce.. how ever, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO RUN THAT AMP AT .5, it is also not stable below 1ohm, do your self a favor and learn a bit more about electrical before you fry a decent amp...

Did i say i was going to set it at max volume? No. The max on my hu is 62 noob. The amp is stable at. 5 if you have the electrical to back it. My volts dont drop below 12v so how you figure i cant run it at. 5. Hmmm if your not going to be helpful get off my **** about what i am running.

I built the box. Did everybody forget about rise? After rise closer to 1 ohm (.88 iirc). Stock alt on his car is 130 amp. And aq can run all day @ .5 ohm with good power. Does he have it yet no. But is still building. Thats why I made external posts for changing the load. 2 ohm daily .5 for comp. Barley any vlt drop at 2 ohm.
