Trying to get in touch with Don at SDS

Hey guys I have been referred to SDS for sound deadener and i would like to order today. Can someone help me get in contact with Don. I've been trying to reach him since yesterday and got no reply to my emails or anything like that I'm pretty sure is a faster way to get in touch with me. I read a number of months ago if he did not check his e-mails for a day he'd have over 100 new legitimate requests from people backed up. He's known for needing some time and possibly multiple e-mails to respond.

Meh, I've tried to contact him multiple times in the past and literally NEVER received a response. All of the products he sells are available elsewhere on the internet if you look hard enough (and much cheaper as well).

I applaud the guy for doing the research into proper sound deadening and would purchase from him if possible but his customer service is just god awful.
