trying to get back in shape

Ok first off im a 18 year old male. i used to be in great shape until about 8 months ago i got sick and started slacking not running like i used to not working out nothing and gained about 15 pounds and lost most of my muscle mass and muscle tone.

ive been trying for months to gain the muscle mass back and lose the extra weight in the mid section.

im looking for a good diet and a good way to bulk up (i dont wanna be nasty huge) but i would like to be able to dead lift 250-300 pounds and bench around 200 or so.

im willing to do whatever it takes as long as it doesnt cost a shit ton and doesnt involve steroids.

goal is to lose the 15 pounds of fat in the midsection and replace with muscle. Bulk up my legs and upper body, just be in good shape again with a good muscular build.

current died is alot of eggs,rice and beef and im drinking alot of milk always have about a gallon every 2-3 days

First off you need to gain weight. Also you can not target fat loss. If you start working out and gain some weight you will fill out a lot better. Low reps heavy weight. Props on wanting to Deadlift, make sure you squat too. Take a look at Riptoes starting strength or Bill Starrs 5x5. I recommend jump roping for cardio.

Keep drinking your milk.

Yea, he has the skinny fat thing going on. A lot of people with the "skinny fat" thing is they try and lost weight to fix the problem... Gaining weight and lifting weights preferably Low reps high weight is the solution.

keep your diet and rippetoes is the shit haha go to bodybuilding.com and look into it, its a quick workout and i gained 15lbs of muscle in two months! (my bf is 10%)
