Even if the person stabbed 100 people and ***** 6 others, if the policeman had him subdued, he cannot shoot him. He is not a judge, he does not hand out sentences. His job is to arrest people, make him and the state aware of the charges, and let the rest of the judicial branch handle the business. Cops can't go around shooting people who commit crime.Shot in the back, not the back of the head first off, and this summarizes your attitude towards the story reading just that comment.
YOU DON'T know the situation if you weren't there. This is the attitude of a left wing libtard, which is supported by your ava.
I'm not defending this cop but you're accusing him of executing someone - and how would that make sense with so many people around, to blatantly shoot the kid without cause? There have been misfires in the past, so for all you know it could be defective piece of equipment.
Get over the stereotyping and posting opinion as fact.
jesus, do you read, I already stated this. I started a thread a while ago where a cop unnecessarily shot a dog..........So would this every got posted on here by you, if it was a black cop that shoot the white guy?Just wondering
I was making a comparison. The cop could have missed, anyway. Cops shoot when they feel they are in danger(feel threatened or fear for their life etc....), how was this cop in danger? Are you blind? he was laying face down on the ground, how does what happened prior give the cop the right to shoot him? He shot for NO REASON, i dont understand why this is so hard for you to comprehend.Shot in the back, not the back of the head first off, and this summarizes your attitude towards the story reading just that comment.

basically. The police do insist on a higher level of respect than other professions. I pay their salary so I am expected to yield to them? Maybe if the police acted like people instead of slave drivers, where we all have to bow down at the drop of a hat, I'd have more respect.
Without a doubt I agree, but you're implying that the cop got up and pulled out a gun aimed and fired out of personal vendetta. That doesn't seem to be the case until I'm proven otherwise.Even if the person stabbed 100 people and ***** 6 others, if the policeman had him subdued, he cannot shoot him. Yes he would. If you haven't noticed his agenda by now then you aren't very observant or bright. The fact that you just tried to make it a racial issue, shows your own racism. Not once did the OP try to make this a racial issue. So would this every got posted on here by you, if it was a black cop that shoot the white guy?Just wondering
You mean like my comparison to ridiculous public outcry to this, but not to gang violence? But you dismissed that completely and expect me to take you seriously now?I was making a comparison. No. I believe he get nervous and shot the guy...even though they are cops and should be used to making good decisions when adrenaline is pumping, some do not. I am not saying all cops are bad because of anecdotal news clippings, my dislike for cops is because of the general adversarial attitude. Perhaps the police should invest more time in training.Without a doubt I agree, but you're implying that the cop got up and pulled out a gun aimed and fired out of personal vendetta. Exactly what I was getting at.Even if the person stabbed 100 people and ***** 6 others, if the policeman had him subdued, he cannot shoot him. He is not a judge, he does not hand out sentences. His job is to arrest people, make him and the state aware of the charges, and let the rest of the judicial branch handle the business. Cops can't go around shooting people who commit crime.
He did get up, and pull out a gun....what was the purpose of pulling out the gun?The cop may have pulled his gun and had a misfire or accidentally let a shot off. It has happened before, accidentally shooting a gun. And yes I saw the kid on the ground, no I am not blind.
YOU KEEP ASSUMING THE COP GOT UP, PULLED OUT A GUN WITH INTENTION TO SHOOT, AIMED AND SHOT WITH INTENT TO KILL. STOP ASSUMING YOUR OPINION AS FACT.
If you think cops dont arrest gang members, and there arent neighborhood watches and there arent protests against gang violence and there arent "no gang" areas, then you are severely mistaken. You mean like my comparison to ridiculous public outcry to this, but not to gang violence? But you dismissed that completely and expect me to take you seriously now?
Gang violence is not endorsed by the state. The police as a function of government is endorsed by the state. You mean like my comparison to ridiculous public outcry to this, but not to gang violence? But you dismissed that completely and expect me to take you seriously now?
It's not my personal feelings, you keep twisting the truth to fit your opinion. Saying he shot him in the back of the head is an example. He did get up and pull out a gun, yes but with intent to shoot? Purely speculation. That's what I'm saying, while you are SET on posting your opinions about the situation as facts when they are not.He did get up, and pull out a gun....what was the purpose of pulling out the gun?
What was the person of even standing up? Why not just put the handcuffs on? The other cop didnt. Its like you are the only one being blinded by your personal feelings. Everyone else sees it black and white, you see it blurry like you have cataract.
Unless you live in Oakland, this comment means nothing. There aren't riots about gang violence like there was about this story. Again, not addressing the issue I brought up.If you think cops dont arrest gang members, and there arent neighborhood watches and there arent protests against gang violence and there arent "no gang" areas, then you are severely mistaken.
I thought this was going to be brought up. But anyways, it could have been a mistake, as nobody knows what this guys intentions were. I was rather disgusted when I saw the news story about this to begin with but it pisses me off that the people of Oakland get so riled up about this but there are SO many other issues that are far more important to the safety of the public.Gang violence is not endorsed by the state. The police as a function of government is endorsed by the state.
How am I twisting the truth when I made a comparison? Watch the video, he clearly aims and shoots. I dont know how you dont see this. This is why I am saying you are blinded. It's not my personal feelings, you keep twisting the truth to fit your opinion. Saying he shot him in the back of the head is an example.
