This video angle shows a little more than the other posted links. In this video it seems more clear that they had 3 people sitting against the wall. They are not handcuffed at that time. Then two officers walk over and handcuff one of the three people without incident. They begin to handcuff the second person. He may have said something to upset the officer since the office took him to the ground instead of cuffing him on his knees like the first person. After a brief struggle on the ground, the one officer stands up and draws his weapon and fires. There seemed to be no good reason to pull his weapon let alone fire it. Just the way I see it.

That's exactly what I was thinking, if it was some gang banger who fired the gun I would probably think twice, but you know **** well that they're not going to kill two civilian's in one day. Even if I was the cop next to him I would have a hard time controlling myself. Wrong is wrong, you don't pull your gun out on someone who is unarmed period.

He was just being a complete moron by even drawing his weapon on a detained person, secondly he is supposedly trained to keep his finger out of the trigger guard so I assume he had one of those rookie moments.
