Why is this such a big deal? Local authorities should get this guy but how about all the gang violence? You don't see riots over those... People's values are seriously misplaced these days...

Umm, in case youve never met a cop, they act above the law and above you. They are given special treatment, so you think they would have more discipline and follow the law more than normal citizens, be they black or white. Lead by example right? If I was to follow the cop's example, I should go kick my boss in the knees right now then shoot him in the face...?

That sir, is a stereotype and ignorant statement. Racism or a superority complex played no part in this situation, why would a competient normal human being knowingly shoot someone in the back with a trainful of witnesses a dozen feet away? I do believe he was reaching for his tazer and accidently shot him, as you can tell when they all jumped after he fired. Yes he should be punished and put in jail for taking a life, however being made an example of and being tarred and feathered at the same time serves no justice what so ever.

And if even if he was power tripping theres no way anyone will know short of a full confession... so no reason to argue about it and get butt hurt over it.

Ive seen several statements saying it was a "white"cop ....with a name like that i would say a raghead ...still wrong in its own right........He should die just the kid did...

Actually sounds like a french name to me, I beleive it is pronounced yoh-han, not sure though

Ive never held a taser, but I assume you can tell the difference between one and a real gun. So now you are adding incompetence to this officer's problems?

most cops arn't here to help you...only to hurt you....the average cop cares nothing about you or the everyday person on the street.......most feel they are God.....most go beyond their powers....in the cops eyes they are never wrong.....

also twisted, you act like a cop has never done this before. In case you didnt know, cops have cameras on their cars, they were security cameras in the mcdonalds where they shot another person, and there were witnesses, so this is not a new thing.

how does it not? you are not presenting your side very well.

Cops represent the law, "gang bangers" dont. How can you compare the two.....until a cop goes vigilante and executes someone?

also....cops dont arrest gang members and murder suspects? this is new to me.
