Toyota Stock In Da Roadmasta..?

Last week I installed a old Alpine HU into my friends '89 Corrola.. Now, I have the stock one sitting here.. ..Meanwhile another friend of mine has a RoadMaster with a non-working hu.. ..The question is, WOULD there be any problem hooking up the stock hu from the Corrola into the RoadMaster..? that depends on how capable you are with wiring and if you don't care about how the install will look.
