ok, just a question. I know that is does not even make the top ten list, but what is the weight of the W7? It has to be at least like 45 ish, it is still the top of the line JL.

Concerning MTX subs...

Their website says the RFL weighs 56lbs, while they give no exact weights for their 9500 series. They do say that all three models (10,12,15) weigh in at over 50lbs each. I figured the RFL would weigh more than that.

Oh yeah, Pioneer Premier's 12" SPL series sub weighs 69lbs...almost makes the list.

Gah im glad someone besides me noticed that. When I first saw it I was like WTF? The coil needs to be moved up about a 1/2 an inch or so. Its definitely not centered on the top plate.
