Yea, subsonic set at 32hz. How can the spider get weak after only 1 year?

Spider can easily get weak over a yr.

My question is why do you have the box tuned to 29hz but the SSF at 32?

At first i thought that the box was causing over excursion, it was originally set at 29 and it bumped it up a bit since im feeding the sub a little extra power.

I notice no difference in sound.

also it is an eyeball estimate. the amp only has 2 markings.. 15hz and 35hz so i guessed.

I am using a 1606d amp giving the sub 800w RMS and im feeding the amp 4v from the pre outs. the gain is hardly above 15%.

The amp is getting 14.1v source.

How much port area? How much softer does the sub feel compared to new? It's either your box or the drivers suspension (granted you are not over powering).

Well, i am overpowering from manufacture RMS rating. ~250rms more, I have been told by many that these subs are UnderRated and that they take 1000w daily.

I dont remember the port area exactly so if this is off im sorry, i think its 17.5" length and 2.5" width. (been over 2 years since i made it)

But i know for a fact its 29hz
