To have Battery's Or nto to have battery's?

ok i have a 2001 pontiac bonnavile

stock batt under rear seat and extra in the tunk i have power out the *** but it will sound like it will go away for a sec and come back strong again

either im getting a batt isolater and a cap

or should i just go stock batt with 2 gauge wires and terminals to a 2 farad cap

is it worth it to have to batterys should i add a cap also

get rid of one batt and use a cap

need some input please

the set up in this car is 4 crossfire bmf 12 dual 8 or 2 ohm subs the mtx thunder 1000 watt amp is seeing a 2 ohm load

its an older style mtx thunder amp i dont have any spec sheets on it and need info on it to see if it is 1 ohm stable

and what the voltage rateing is

basicly im fixxing another installers mistakes

and he ****ed this ride up

i was thinking a yellow top batt

2 gauge wires from the alt back and all that

and a 2 farad cap
