Tips/Advice for fixing rattling/vibration sounds plz

I have a 93 Caravan with 2 18s... I get alot of noise from my rear windows and the sides, doors, n rear hatch rattle really bad. I was thinking of maybe using cheap sound deadener stuff and then filling empty spaces with the new Lock Tite expanding foam in the areas I can. I know ppl say that the cheap sound deadener stuff don't stay stuck on especially in the heat but if I use the foam I would hold it really well and act as a vapor barrier so I won't smell the tar based adhesive. This is just the idea I came up with in my head for now cuz I can't afford a ton of deadener. I can use the real car audio deader on the out side of the doors, the ceiling, n the hatch n use the cheap stuff on the floor. Idk how far I'll actually get to this part because I may change over to a Durango or Explorer or maybe an Expedition. But maybe not.. either way I'm open to any kinda I'd ideas, advice, tips, tricks, or anything else yal could offer me on this topic.

Thanks in advance,

Scott
