time to order... need help

ok.. well i got my money, need to start ordering.. but i need to know..

will the jbl 1200.1 need a cap? im running that and 2 jbl p180.2

so what should i do for power? i have 2 sets of mb quartz dsd 216.. so yeah i use one amp per set of components... its for a "surround" system.. anyway... should i get a cap, or a new alternator/battery? or should i be ok stock????

thanks for the help.. oh yeah jlane... i will be ordering my 15 inch brahma soon, and maybe ordering another later... thanks for the help.

I'd go with a cap, if the battery still gets drained or your headlights flicker then look into a second battery.

Definately go with a new/rewound alternator. It is the only source for 14.4V power in your car, which is what you don't have if your lights dim. A capacitor is used only as a voltage bridge to aid in sound quality systems and will put more strain on your alternator, thus, shortening it's life.
