Well, i'm on a tight budget and am trying to find a 12 for around 150 after shipping, and i know boss is supposed to be horrible, but for 109 before shipping, could it really be that bad. it's a boss l12, i can figure out how to link it.

yeah, i know boss is bad, but with this budget the specs just seemed okay. and im really looking at just sending my old motor to spl and having him build me a 12..

yeah, seems like it. but if i do that it's gonna cost more because i dont have tools to make a spec box.

I would be more then happy to help. Just have SPL forward me some specs and/or recommendations for the enclosure.

Also, anytime you run a sub-woofer. You should always build/have built custom enclosure for your application. You will get more out of your product and will normally be more happy with the results.

yeah, i have always built my own but i lost access to the schools woodshop last month and don't have money left for tools. have you ever messed with a cabin firing port coming from the trunk?
